What happens to my content?

Content is presented in various ways in LexisNexis: as a seperate source and as part of a group of sources, e.g. Belgian sources. After log-in users of LexisNexis can search in the complete selection of sources (or the selection of sources that matches their subscription).

Who gets access to my content?
LexisNexis has a large customer base in various industry segments: government, consultancy, media and also large corporates. Apart from informationprofessionals also managers, spokesmen, marketeers, etc. can access LexisNexis services.

Who manages the content?
All data are saved in secured databases in America. LexisNexis Benelux manages her own part of this database: Benelux content. All changes and ajustments are carried out in the Benelux. In this way we can supervise your content and inform you timely if problems occur.

What's in it for me?
By offering content via LexisNexis you create more brand awareness in the business to business market. LexisNexis works with a royalty scheme, in which the popularity of a certain article is decisive.

What is arranged in terms of copyright issues?
The publisher is responsible for looking after copyright regulations. When e.g. a freelancer does not allow his/her article to be used, this article is not delivered to LexisNexis by the publisher. Headlines of these articles are shown though and in the body of the article there is an explanation of why the requested article is not in the database.

How do I get my content online?
LexisNexis makes sure the content is being processed offers different (technical) options to do this. In an early stage we plan a meeting with the publisher to make a clear agreement and arrangements for this process.
